To cope with our ongoing business expansion, we are looking for high-caliber and passionate professionals to join our team as Principal Consultants (PC) for Environmental Assessment/ Green Building Assessment.

Job Duties:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting/reporting standards;

• As a business partner to internal colleagues and vendors to satisfy month end closing;

• Prepare management analysis reports for performance monitoring;

• Assist in preparation of quarterly, interim and annual report for the group;

• Review internal control and accounting policy;

• Liaise with auditors, lawyers and bankers;

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting with recognized professional qualification;

• At least 6 years relevant experience, with working experience in audit firm or listed company would be an advantage;

• Analytical mind, proactive and details-oriented;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;

• Good command of English and Chinese;

• Experience of Flex Systems will be an advantage;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position.
