About the Management Trainee Program
AEC Group offers a well-structured management trainee program for graduates to start their professional careers through our comprehensive business portfolios. High-caliber graduates will both careers and personal development in this program.
AEC Group aims to guide and support trainees to build their industry knowledge and cultivate their management and leadership capabilities through this program.
Program Highlights
- This is a two-year program with the opportunity to gain all-rounded exposure.
- In the first year, trainees will work with different departments and be familiarized with the Company’s business.
- Trainees will participate in cross-departmental attachment training and on-the-job coaching.
- Trainees will be assigned a “mentor” at the Senior Executive level to explore their expertise and perspective alongside each trainee’s development and career exploration.
- In the second year, trainees will obtain a professional certificate(s) / membership to strengthen their skills via sponsorship.
- Senior Management, Human Resources, and team colleagues will provide guidance and coaching to trainees helping them develop their potential throughout the program.
- Trainees will experience extended opportunities to participate in various corporate projects to sharpen their communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Diversified training courses will be available to pursue their personal development.
- A permanent position will be offered to the trainee upon Senior Management’s evaluation after completion of the program.
Basic Requirement:
Qualification: Tertiary education, Master in Environmental Science, Civil & Environmental, Environmental Sustainability, or equivalent discipline.
Career Level: Entry
Annual Leave: 10 days
Medical: Entitled to medical insurance after joined for 3 months
