Asia, the home of 60% of the world’s people, is on the frontlines of climate change with the growing frequency and severity of natural disasters and extreme weather events. Hong Kong is no exception. Recent record rainfall and severe flooding indicate the impact of extreme weather. The private sector plays an important role in responding to climate change.
