Congratulations to @SHKP for achieving LEED Platinum certification for four of its flagship commercial buildings, namely, International Commerce Centre (ICC), Sun Hung Kai Centre, One IFC and Two IFC, which have attained LEED Platinum certification for "v4.1 Operation and Maintenance: Existing Buildings" by the US Green Building Council. AEC Group is much honored to be involved in this project.
Mr. Andy To, Managing Director of USGBC, North Asia, recently visited Sun Hung Kai Centre to present the certification to SHKP, which was accepted by Mr. Robert CHAN, Executive Director of SHKP. On the same occasion, Alkin Kwong, Chairman and Chief Executive of Hong Yip, also received the LEED Platinum certification under “v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings” for Sun Hung Kai Centre. @GRACE KWOK, Chairman and Executive Director of GRACE KWOK and its project team also jointly witness the moment when the highest level of LEED certification was awarded!
This round of certification not only compares the building's sustainability performance with internationally recognized green building standards, but also provides reference for projects to set medium and long-term strategies to maintain the highest sustainability standards. AEC will continue our efforts in providing consultancy services for green building certification to our customers to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality!
