One Hennessy, a Grade A commercial building under Chinachem Group, was presented with the LEED Platinum rating at a certification ceremony on 13 January 2020. Mr Andy To, Managing Director of USGBC North Asia, representatives from Chinachem Group and AEC Group were gathered to celebrate the whole project team’s success in attaining the highest level of achievement in LEED.
